Arrangement of Page
Paper intended to submit to RJ-MDKG should be typed in Micro Soft Word 2007 or (2003-2007) version using Times New Roman font in a font size of 12. Author(s) are suggested to set 1.5 line space and a margin of 1 in all sides in A4 paper with 0 pt before and after spacing and 0 cm left and right indent.
Language
Paper intended to submit to RJ-MDKG must be written/composed in English language. None other language is accepted.
Preliminary Instruction
Title of the paper should be appeared in the top and placed in centered with initial capital letters with bold followed by author(s) name, designation, affiliation, phone number and active e-mail id in right alignment. In case of more than one author indicate the corresponding author writing by corresponding author in bracket. Title of the paper should be short, simple and informative and suggested to avoid dual meaning words.
Abstract
A paper must begin with a brief, informative, broadly understandable and completely self-explanatory abstract not more than 200/300 words indicating the problem, methods & data and also major findings with self drawn conclusion. Abbreviation must be avoided and may use standard nomenclature. A list of keywords (3-6) should be included.
Body of the Paper
A research paper should include introduction, objectives, materials & methods, result/discussion and conclusion. It is suggested to the author(s) to prepare the Introduction by providing a crystal-clear statement of the problem in support of relevant literature (which must be enlisted in reference) and author(s)’ adopted approaches/perspectives or solution. Introduction should be written in such a way which should be general enough to attract readers’ attention. Introduction should be followed by a sub-heading with bold Objectives indicating in brief about the aims/objectives of the study. It should be written in paragraph format and suggested to avoid numbering. Materials & Methods should include a complete description of the design of the study, detailed overview of the materials, universe, sample, selection procedure of sample, year of experiment etc. Methods should be informative and completed in all ways. Formulation of hypothesis needs to be tested properly with appropriate formula/method. If researcher uses research questions, they should be addressed scientifically. If statistical package is used, then author(s) should not fail to provide raw data in separate sheets. Discussion/result/interpretation should be made logically & in support of existing literature (if possible) and it must support the conclusion of the study. A paper should be ended with author(s)’ self drawn conclusion in light of objectives and analysis and also a paper should state the future scope/trend of the study.
Body of the Paper
Table/ Diagram etc
Table, diagram, graph, map or figure should be placed in proper position with numbering, short, clear, informative and suitable heading along with source. Numbering of table should be in centre followed by a heading in the next line. Figures, maps, graphs, diagrams should be arranged in this way.
Citation in the Body of the Paper
RJ-MDKG follows alphabetic citation. In the parent paper citation should be inserted within the bracket by stating the Last name of the author & year of publication (For example Das 2015). In case of two authors it should be like Das & Borah 2013. For more than two authors write the last name of the first author and at al with year of publication (For example Gogoi & et al 2007). This is followed to avoid a long list of bibliography and also for correct citation.
Acknowledgement
Author(s) are allowed/ encouraged to include acknowledgment of people, grant details, funds and others in an appropriate and informative way at the end of the paper.
References
The journal follows its own referencing style which is a synthesized form of different styles. Author(s) are requested to strictly follow this style and in case of failure, at least they should provide details information. Moreover this style sheet may change in due course of time therefore it is advised either to consult with the latest issue of the journal or write to editor-in-chief before preparing it.

There is no restriction in total number of authors.
Review Policy
All the papers are reviewed double blindly by following coding system which helps to promote transparency. Neither the reviewers nor the authors know each other. Acceptance of paper will be intimated by e-mail to the corresponding author.
World Limit
Maximum word limit of a paper is 4000, abstract 200, keyword 6, book review 700 and conference proceeding is 800 words. However this is not rigid and may be flexible in case of good quality paper.
Plagiarism
RJ-MDKG follows a coding system to avoid confusion/misinterpretation of the paper and also to promote awareness against plagiarism & copy right violation along with receiving and acceptance time period. Contributors are advised to run their write ups in Anti-Plagiarism Software before submitting to RJ-MDKG. Sending of report of such exercise with the submission is highly encouraged and appreciated.
Fee
There is no fee for submitting paper to RJ-MDKG. However, on acceptance of a paper after double blind peer review and modification, if any accordingly, contributors have to pay Rupees one thousand seven hundreds only which is prescribed to mitigate the postal/courier expenditure, stationary expenditure, setting and printing and binding expenditure since the journal has not received any grant from any sources.
Copyright
When a paper is accepted for publication after double blind peer review process, the copyright will automatically be transferred to RJ-MDKG. Reprint or republication of these papers needs permission from the Editor-in-Chief.
Mode of Submission
Paper must be sent through email attachment ONLY.
Archive
Only title, author’s information, abstract, key words, date of submission & acceptance and Codes are available in archive of each of the issues. To access the full paper, readers must purchase it from the editorial office.

Complimentary copy of the each issue of the journal will be sent to all the members of Editorial Board, Peer Review Team, Editorial Advisory Board and Proof Reading Team. A complimentary copy will also be sent to the authors of the concerned issue. Copy will also be sent to all the subscribers. Distribution will be done through post/courier. However, journal in digital format (PDF) will be sent to the members from abroad. Hence, any change in address or email id should be updated by sending mail at jssh.mdkg@gmail.com
